As part of the ongoing process of improving the ISoP website we have made some changes to the membership renewal process.

Important Information

Please note: All memberships are now on a ‘Auto-Renew’ basis with payment being taken electronically every year. Membership subscriptions will be renewed 365 days from the date of registration with payment automatically debited from your card unless you choose to cancel your membership.

Membership is for individuals only and is not transferable. ISoP does not grant refunds for membership dues paid to the Society

Individual Membership

Membership fee for individual member:

€215.00 + 6 Euros Card processing fee.

Reduced Membership

Membership for Students, Retired,
Low-income/Emerging Countries:

€95.00* + 6 Euros Card processing fee.

Group Membership

Subject to case by case approval- Payment via bank transfer
Organisations and institutions from Low Income and emerging countries (public sector) can be eligible for this special group membership with a minimum of 5 members from the same institution. ISoP membership will run from 1st January to 31st December and is not transferable.
Those who may be eligible should apply to the ISoP Applications Committee


Reduced Membership Conditions

*Student rate: Full time graduate, post-graduate, or undergraduate (to qualify as student member, please provide proof of status/registration to be sent with the application form)

*Retired rate: Retired from employment (with no salary income)

*Low income and emerging countries: Reduced fee memberships are available to potential members from emerging countries working directly in pharmacovigilance. Those who may be eligible should apply to the ISoP Applications Committee.

Applicants must work and reside OUTSIDE the following countries (World Bank classification 2017): Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Rep., Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao SAR China, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Chinese Taipei, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay.
